Day 2:  So the second day was pretty much a normal day.  Just not eating when I'm bored or when I think I am hungry.  Eating all the protein really does keep me fuller longer!  Also, I'm focused on doing other things rather than find stuff to shove in my mouth.  My thing with food is not because I feel emotionally empty and I use it to fill a "void' or that I hide behind food or that food is a comfort for me...  I just love food!  the flavor, the smell, the texture.  It's great!  Anyways, the most interesting part of yesterday was dinner.  We happened to have a package of deer meat in the freezer that had already been cut for kabobs.  Deer meat is exxxtremely lean and has a lot of protein which is perfect for us.  I ended up making a stir fry using the deer meat and  used a lot of veggies.  Since noodles and rice are a big no no, I needed to find something to pair with our stir fry.  Lentils.  Never made them.  They are apart of the legume family(bean-ish) and I had never eaten let alone prepared them.  I read the directions of course and they weren't bad but, gotta figure out a way to pump up the flavor.  Any suggestions are welcome!

Now the most important thing!  Since Monday, I am down 3.5lbs!  Which is great because the book states that women will generally not see an impact on the scale until 6 weeks but we will see inches lost instead.  Now, I KNOW that this weight lost is water weight and bloat but, a loss is a loss, right???  I found a great excel spread sheet to  track weight loss.  All it needs is a graph  I <3 graphs!  So, now that I am figuring out the menu thing for the 4 Hour Body diet, I move on to the work out aspect.  The book really endorses using a kettle bell and the kettlebell swing:

I'm definitely going to check this out.  I have heard lots of good stuff about the kettlebell and I have seen the competitions on ESPN and them girls are in RIDICULOUSLY good shape.  Until then, I will be Zumba-ing!  I really like the Zumba work outs because they are lots of fun and i find myself laughing because I know I look hilarious trying to do those dance moves.  Sometimes if it is too complicated, I just freestyle!  *Dunananana Cant touch this!*

I am definitely looking forward to tomorrow! It is supposed to be cold and rainy. My favorite kind of weather! I would love to live in Seattle! I also found a great recipe for a stew that I am going to try out in the crock pot. Now, the crock pot and I have become BFFs! I can make lots of good dishes in it that go along with our new eating regiment. I also found out, that we can have sugar free jello in MODERATION! I stopped by my brother's last night while I was walking Duchess and was telling him about my newly found treat and he happened to have a package of sugar free jello. As much as I wanted to run home and tear that little envelope open and make the jello, I refrained and waited until this morning to make it. Is it really sad that I am this excited about jello???

Daniel is down for his nap and I need to call my mom and chat with her. I haven't talked to her in a couple days and I need to catch up with her.
~Until we meet again tomorrow!~
